Rouvou, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the http://www.rouvou.com website (the "Service", "Rouvou").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, or other information ("Personal Information").

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, allowing you to log in to the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

We may email news, notifications, and offers to your email address only if you explicitly opt in to this service. Otherwise, we may send you emails in order to allow you to confirm your account or to change or recover your password.

When creating an account on our Service, you will be asked to provide a username, email address, unique URL, password, and your date of birth. We ask for your date of birth to verify that you are thirteen years of age or older, to ensure that you aren't exposed to any age-inappropriate material, and to calculate voting statistics. We ask that you choose a username so that you can have a identity on the Service. We ask that you choose a password so that you can verify your identity on the Service. We allow you to choose a unique URL so that you can have a page on the Service that fits your unique identity. Comments you post may be associated with your chosen username. Both the comment and the username may be publicly displayed, so that other users can read your thoughts, and so in the future you have a record of your past opinion. We will never share your unique URL or password with anyone. Your date of birth will be attached to your votes in order to calculate statistics, but without your consent we will never share it with anyone in a context that associates it with any of your other information, including anything that could be used to identify you.

The votes you cast with your account or with your IP address will be recorded. They will be used to calculate ratings, scores, and statistics; to ensure that you don't vote more than is allowed; and so in the future you have a record of your past opinions. We will never share any information about individual votes, including who cast them, with anyone, without your consent.

You will also be asked to provide personal information, including but not limited to, your gender and the region or country you grew up in. Providing these pieces of information is completely optional for you. If you choose to provide them, they will never be shared with anyone without your consent. The Service will use them only to calculate voting statistics. We are interested in knowing what kinds of votes are cast by what kinds of people.

We may also allow users to sign up and log in to the Service using third-party services such as Facebook. While Rouvou's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service still apply if you use a third-party service to create a Rouvou account, these third-party service providers have their own privacy policies and terms of service, and we strongly advise that you read theirs too.
